Description:  Learn about the Caribbean Black and Indigenous contributions to plant-based food.

Cook with Shelly:  Bring your ingredients and cook Vegan Salt "Fish" and Plantain Tostones with Shelley!

About Your Host: Rooted in resistance, rituals and recipes, I believe that God is in the greens, food heals and every meal is an opportunity to get present and re-purposed.I'm Shelley Chapman EdM, a Spelman woman and Harvard graduate turned mindful eating educator.  I've been featured on Dr. Oz and currently host and produce The Mindful Plate, a cooking show on YouTube channel

This event will be held virtually via Zoom.
