Holi is the Indian festival of colors, celebrated around Indian spring. It is a lively vibrant festival, featuring all things bright and colorful. Traditional foods include a unique cooling drink called Thandai which is made with spices, nuts, rose petals, milk and saffron. Also, served along with appetizers that fall in the category of Chat – an assortment of appetizers that are finger licking good.

Come celebrate Holi with Alliance member Rinku, make your own Thandai, and a Chat called Ragda Patties. This is a vegetarian dish that consists of crisp potato cakes, topped with spiced stewed whole peas and tamarind and cilantro chutneys.
